Four rules that make it work
- One task a day. If a task does not fit your life, swap it for another.
- Small is the point. Most tasks take 10 to 30 minutes.
- Tick it honestly. Done or not done; both are honest answers.
- Never miss twice. One missed day is life. Come back the next day without restarting.
Thirty days is a strong start, not a finish line: in one study, new daily habits took a median of about 66 days to become automatic. Read the full 30-day self-improvement challenge, how long it takes to form a habit and a kinder alternative to 75 Hard.
Questions
How does the 30-day challenge generator work?
Choose a focus (body, mind, kindness, money or a mix) and a level (gentle, steady or bold). It builds 30 days from a library of small tasks, with a reflection on day 1, easy review days on days 7, 14, 21 and 28, and a closing reflection on day 30.
Is it free? Do I need to sign up?
Yes, it is free, and no. Nothing is sent or stored. Copy or print your plan to keep it.
What if I miss a day?
Do not restart. Do the next day’s task and follow the rule "never miss twice".
Are the body tasks safe for me?
They are general wellbeing ideas, not medical advice. If you have a health condition or are unsure, choose the gentle level, adapt the task, or ask a doctor first.
General wellbeing ideas, not medical, psychological or financial advice. If you are struggling, see crisis help. Nothing you do on this page is sent or stored.
